Our top recommendation would be to sell the local Delaware Bay jumbo rockfish. These fish are incredibly fresh and reasonably priced.
If Rock isn’t your jam, then how about some Alaskan halibut? Pricing is down, and quality as superb.
You cannot go wrong with our Gulf yellowfin tuna and swordfish. We will also have fresh black grouper and American Red Snapper. The list goes on and on, but the bottom line is we have a wide variety of choices. Please get in touch with your sales rep with any special requests.
