The first of the season report from our west coast Mexican suppliers is that “it’s raining crabmeat!”. Their “high season” started July 1st, and production is in full swing.
We will be carrying fresh Mexican meat starting later this week. They pick a fresh “colossal” that is very impressive to see, along with some gorgeous jumbo cocktail fingers that are so big they must have come off a 6-inch plus crabs! (Full Newsletter)
