This is the most “challenging” week of the year regarding sourcing fresh fish. Many fishermen up and down the coast come in before Christmas and stay in through NYE. Combined with severe winter storms, predicting what species will be available this coming weekend can be difficult. Stay in close contact with your sales rep for “up to the minute” reports.

Black Grouper – This fish is available, but due to limited supply, it helps to pre-order.
Icelandic Cod Loin – Airfreight is tricky this time of year, but it shouldn’t affect availability.
Mahi- We have plenty of beautiful fish in stock.
Char – Plenty of fish available.
Bronzino – Great value fish this week.
Local Wild Bule Cat – Available all week.
Local Live Bay Scallops – Perfect unique appetizer for NYE – pre-orders are necessary.
