Canadian Rockfish – With Maryland rockfish season remaining closed until June 1st, supply has been extremely limited. To help bridge the gap, we’re bringing in wild caught 2-4 lb and 5-8 lb striped bass from the Miramichi River in New Brunswick, Canada.
Harvested by the Eel Ground First Nation using traditional weir nets, these fish are hand selected for quality and consistency. The result is a beautiful striped bass with clean flavor and firm texture, making it an excellent substitute until Maryland season reopens.
