This week, large wild rockfish are racing up the Chesapeake and Delaware Bay for their spawning run, flooding the market with a lot of great fish.
As a result, we are dropping our base price on large rock fillets to the great value of $12.95 a pound. Prices won’t stay like this forever, so take advantage of this while you can. Your customers will thank you!
