In addition, any farmed products must carry certifications verifying they check all the boxes for safety, sustainability, social responsibility, and high quality in order to be sold to our customers.

Congressional Seafood is committed to the highest of standards with our food safety management program. Third party audits are conducted by Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) to certify our systems, validate our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) policies, and credential food safety procedures.
