Congressional provides a service that is unmatched by any other specialty fish wholesaler and distributor in our region, because we have a team at the top of our industry in terms of purchasing and sales, and a processing room with highly-trained fish cutters. Congressional now services hundreds of restaurants, country clubs, hotels, and high-end retail markets every day across the Mid-Atlantic.

With a fleet of delivery trucks, our team has the ability to deliver fresh, custom cuts to a range of customers.
Our facility features an 88,000-square-foot processing plant on a 5.5-acre property near the Maryland Food Center in Jessup, Maryland.
Congressional’s commitment to service is unparalleled by any other seafood company in the region. Our SQF Level 3 facility is filled with state-of-the-art machinery including portioning machines, a nitrogen blast freezer, automated skin pack machines, and a live lobster holding tank that can hold up to 10,000 lbs. of live lobsters.
We have a team of expert fish cutters who hand cut fish to our customer’s specifications. Our company has a foundation of three pillars: Service, Quality, and Value.
