The head-on prawns from Madagascar are the only farmed shrimp to earn France’s Label Rouge; an award given to a select few products that offer superior quality, distinguishing flavor, and complete traceability. The prawns are raised in a sustainable manner with low stocking densities and a feed that is a mix of natural and marine products. There are no unnatural growth or antibiotic contaminants added to the feed. The resulting flavor is exceptionally sweet, with a crisp texture, and a subtle, natural shellfish finish.
