We continually work with EHA Group consultants to have monthly audits carried out in our warehouse.
We have installed an electrolyzed water system in our cutting room for sterilizing our cutting room tables and knives.
We have built a state-of-the-art sanitation room for all food handlers to walk through before reporting to work.
We have seven employees who have completed the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification course.
We are one of the only Maryland-based seafood companies to require all shipments of ready-to-eat product to be shipped with a continuous Time Temperature Recorder (TTR) to insure the product has remained safe from the moment of production until it reaches our warehouse.
